The Keepers of the Secret Hoard are the members of the inner circle of the Cult of the Dragon.  Dedicated to serving Sammaster, they have worked long and hard to achieve their position.  They are also the best mages, clerics, and warriors that the Cult has produced, and this fellow is no exception.  Deep lines etch the warrior's face, making him look as if he was carved from stone. There is a burning devotion to the Cult in his eyes as well.
