A mountain caribou grazes the valley for food and water.

Having dark fur with a strip of white running along each side, the caribou's hide is commonly used to make blankets and cloaks that ward off the chill of winter and the northern, mountainous climates.  Their antlers are thick and strong, making a single caribou a rather dangerous animal; however, most often these beasts fight in groups and small herds.
