A small young adult red dragon sleeps here, waiting to speak with Sammaster.

This small dragon is still quite young.  He is here as a guest of the Cult to speak with Sammaster.  In exchange for some assistance and the promise to consider lich-hood, the Cult provides treasure and valuable information. Being a young, arrogant red, the dragon has not yet considered the consequences of becoming a dracolich.
