A trained Aesir guard takes his duty extremely seriously.

The Aesir are a well built people by nature, but the elite guards are trained at a level that would be fatal for most of the other races, even the mighty titans.  Physically built to be a living war machine, they are also extensively trained in lore and sorcery.  Such guards are not lightly used, and wherever they patrol it would be wise to be most cautious.
