a cave troll

A mountain of rock peers around the chamber.

It looks more like a pile of rocks than a flesh and blood beast.  There is no clear distinction between head and body, except for the beady black eyes, large flaring nostrils and gaping hole with three rows of jagged teeth. Similar in stance to a baboon, the strength rippling through its arms and the weight behind any movement makes the troll extremely slow, but a powerhouse nonetheless.
