A powerful form menacingly prowls the marsh, clearly unconcerned by the lesser beasts.

Larger than most mountain cats, the moor cat is a thickly muscled and extremely dangerous predator.  Its fur is a deep black that blends completely with even the slightest shadow, making it difficult to see in any conditions. Easily twice the weight of any dwarf, a swing of its mighty clawed paw could devastate practically any of the beasts that inhabit the marshes.
