A grubby looking elf wanders aimlessly.

This young elf obviously does not spend much time with other people.  His eyes have a dark, wild allusion to them that suggests a certain level of insanity.  He is lean, but not starved and it is obvious that he manages to take care of himself, though it is equally clear that bathing is not a priority in the hermit's life.
