A screaming soul wails.

This adventurer has pissed the Immortals off so much that he has been slayed and his mortal form has been purged from the realms.  All that remains of the stupid adventurer is a wispy soul that wails and cries against the justice of the Gods.  The soul cannot get a grip on reality and move on into the next life and so must forever haunt this place.
