A ghost hovers in the air.

A wispy bit of nothing catches the eye and then vanishes into the ether, only to return and tease the senses.  The ghost is an adventurer who has lost everything but does not have the sense to move on, get new equipment and continue on with life.  The ghost moans about how unfair life is and then whines about how hard it is to get new things.
