The ghost of a miner is watching over his creations.

What at first appears to be just a wisp of smoke solidifies into the old ghost of a dwarven miner.  The miner appears to have once been one of the many who mine and blacksmith in the Mines of Pac east of Ixchal.  The dwarf is dressed in misty scalemail and is carrying a shadowy hammer that the ghost lovingly fondles.
