The High Priestess of Kinich Ahau is offering a sacrifice here.

With her arms raised in zealous ecstasy and supplication to the Mighty Kinich Ahau, God of the Sun, the priestess smiles and begs the God to accept her offering.  Nodding and laughing, as if the God Kinich Ahau had answered her, she picks up a bouquet of flowers from the altar and whispers a few short words.  The flowers vanish from her hands.  When she is not engaging in a ritual to please her God, the priestess is willing to train young clerics and devas to follow in her path.
