An Anti-Paladin priest of Ix Chel is performing a ritual here.

At first, it appears that the priest of the Moon Goddess, Ix Chel, is dressed in a black, floor length robe, but then he opens his arms and it can be seen that the "robe" is wings.  The face of the priest is covered in a soft, black fur and his fangs are pure white with only a small hint of red from the blood he has consumed.  When the Anti-Paladin is not engaged in some heinous act, he is willing to train young Anti-Paladins in the evil ways of his kind.
