This elven lady is dressed in a blouse and skirt that has a matching purple design that zig-zags over the fabric.  The lady is short and small for an elf, and her grey hair indicates that she is very old.  The cloth maker seems to be very busy trying to sew colored thread into a dress and she doesn't look like she wants to be bothered.
