A foul-smelling fisherman is skulking in the corner.

Dressed in grimed covered rags and mud drenched boots, the fisherman doesn't look like the type to be running a business.  The awful stench coming from his hands and hair smells like a corpse that's been out in the sun too long.  His skin is pale and he doesn't seem to be breathing.
