Unhappy that the village is not making enough money to suit his lavish lifestyle in the city of Ixchal, the mayor of Manachal is looking for somone to take his frustrations out on.  The mayor stands about six foot tall and is wearing a pure white tunic that has gold embroidered at the throat and hem. One thing that seems rather strange about the mayor is that pupils of his eyes are slitted.
