A worker on the roads is working on the roads.

Dressed in dark grey coveralls and a matching hat, the worker looks hot, sweaty and tired.  He seems to be frustrated at having to clear away jungle that seems to creep back over the road almost overnight.  The worker walks around with a constant frown and a heavy pace.
