a young decks mate with ghastly skin

The mindless husk of a very young sailor staggers towards you.

This unfortunate soul has been dead for some time, and he wanders aimlessly in search of the warmth of fresh blood.  He was the decks mate, a young fellow helping out on the deck - but now his skin is a sullen yellowish color in the good places.  His skin apparently wasn't clean in his tender age, and now the pimples have grown to large black blotches of oozing rotting flesh.  His clothes are soaked in the pale yellow pus, which is crusting at the edges of the trickles.
