an obese sailor, dragging his guts

A revoltingly fat sailor walks towards you on trembling legs.

This common sailor was huge back when he was alive, and he still is.  Yet not quite as large - his swollen paunch could not sustain the strength of the skin in death, and a large rift has appeared just over his belt, spilling his rotten insides onto the deck of the ship.  Most of his guts probably lie where it landed in a stinking heap of brown-red blubber, but long strings of intestines are still attached somewhere inside the corpse of the obese sailor, dragging after him with a sloshing sound and leaving a slimy trail.
