the First Mate

The First Mate is overtly happy to see you!

As this somewhat haggard seaman approaches, smiling but slightly cautious, his distinctions are recognizable as that of a First Officer on a ship.  His build is average, although he certainly does not get too much to eat.  The clothes is a tad bit more neat than that of his friends.  His blue vest is open and reveals not one or two, but three brand new pipes in the inner pocket, never used - wonder what he misses the most?
