The shell is nothing short of enormous, measuring over a yard at the longest point.  It's one of these spiralling and pointy shells, easily four or five times longer than its diameter.  From within the shell protrudes six limber claws, like those of a normal crab, and two eyes on pins rotate ceaselessly to pinpoint prey, which is just about anything.
