A swarm of vampiric mosquitoes could help out with that blood pressure of yours.

The mosquitos are almost an inch long, and close to two if their stingers are included.  They have slim black bodies and a set of transparent wings which produce an agitated buzzing.  They dart back and forth in quick united movement, as if coordinated by a single mind.
