Ugluk, Captain of the guard, stands here growling.

Ugluk is the fiercest most evil orc alive today.  That is why Saruman choose him personal to be the leader of his guard.  Ugluk wears a large shield with the white eye painted on it, and wields Ringil!  Huh it's not such a good idea to mess with him.
