A little girl is standing here.

The little dark haired girl has two braided ponytails and is wearing a short red skirt and a matching blouse.  She is sucking her thumb when she is not speaking.  From her whiney voice and fist-on-hip attitude, a casual observer can tell that is one spoiled brat.
