Freckles, the spotted clown, is doing his antics here.

Freckles is a clown who is covered in painted, black spots from his pasty white face to his white suit to his white dress shoes.  Freckles never seems to show any emotion even when being taunted by the other clowns.  Freckles is quick and agile and seems to fit quite well into the act.
