As wide as he is tall, Sheriff Harley Shanks is the law and order in the small town of Midlin. When Harley isn't feeding his face either at his office or over at Ruby Bee's, he is doing his darnedest to avoid the mayor's anger and to keep from actually having to do any work. And for those who have a notion to notice such things, Harley has the cutest little eyes for being such a big fat pig.
