Looking like a squat humanoid with a blubbery, almost hairless body, the dretch has pale white skin with blotches of sickly blue in some areas.  With a slack, slobbery mouth filled with small fangs and sparse bristly hair, the dretch is truly an ugly sight to see.  The dretch is the common soldier of the demonic armies.
