a carnivorous sundew

A large, hungry-looking plant is writhing on the ground.

At first appearing to be just waving in a non-existent breeze, the branches of this plant begin to grow quite agitated when anything warm-blooded approaches.  The long, thick branches spread across the ground.  They are thorned and seeping a clear liquid that doesn't look healthy at all.
