A medium-sized ugly monkey is hanging from a branch.

Weighing about seven pounds, the red-faced uakari can easily climb up most branches among the jungle trees.  With long, reddish-yellow fur and a bald head, the monkey is among the ugliest of the mammals found in this part of the jungle.  The uakari does not seem hostile in any way, but is quite inquisitive.
