An ugly green troll is hulking on the bridge.

Covered in smelly, puke-green, warted skin from his bald head to his long, chipped claws, the old troll doesn't have a single redeeming feature.  His wicked breath clashes with the sweet smell of decay coming from the sores that line his arms and legs like cheap tattoos.
