a nightmare

A black horse is glaring around.

Large, powerful and jet black, the nightmare has lurid red flames for a mane and tail.  The nightmare does not have the teeth of a horse, but instead has long, red fangs.  The smoldering creature fights by biting, kicking and snorting out a cloud of burning smoke.
