From the waist down the marilith looks like a green, scaly-coiled snake, but from the waist up she is a beautifully naked woman.  The marilith has two sets of extra arms and each hand is capable of battling as well as the other. Although the demon is an excellent fighter, she prefers to be a tactician for the infernal armies.
