A fleshy ball with eyes is floating in the air.

Being a six foot ball of flesh, the beholder gets around through natural levitation.  It has ten eyes sprouting, snake-like out of the top of its head and one large, central eye that it is above a maw filled with sharp fangs. Each of the eyes can cast a single spell, but the beholder is unable to bring more than four eyes to bear on any one target at a time.
