A dwarven ghoul is crouching on a rock.

Small and portly, the ghoul is a sickening parody of the dwarven miner that it was in life.  The long beard is scraggly and lice-ridden, the stubby fingers have become filthy claws and the once jolly smile has turned into a grimace of fangs.  The dwarven ghoul looks hungry and anything living seems to be on its menu.
