the vodyanoi
The vodyanoi attacks from beneath the surface of the pool.
Crushing mandibles and muscular fins accentuate the strange, smooth-scaled body of this nightmarish creature. Hooked claws sprout from the edges of its lanky, webbed arms, while its powerful tail extends downward into the depths of the pool, propelling the beast with a single, graceful stroke, upward and out of the water.
