a crystal golem

A crystal golem lumbers past.

Apparently composed of the same dark, glassy stone as this part of the cavern, the giant golem proceeds slowly and methodically through the caverns and tunnels.  For all its enormity, it makes very little sound as it moves past, seemingly oblivious to your presence.
