A massive hornet is hovering here, making a lot of noise.

This giant hornet is of a species that has been living in this swamp for millennia.  It is shiny black with dark mustard stripes, and a bunch of scattered red dots cover it.  The stinger on this hornet is not barbed, so it can use it many, many times.  What's more, it's filled with poison.  Lucky you.
