A young thief walks closely behind other people.

A small thirteen year old boy with blue eyes and blonde hair, though the pale eyes shine with only an unfeeling cold and hatred.  His lanky, unruly hair hangs long and dirty down to his skinny shoulders.  He walks through the town observing travelers, and occasionally bumping into them.
