Sinewy vines hang from the branches of a stout hangman tree.

This infamous tree has been quite successful at capturing prey, for three titans holding hands could scarce cover the circumference of the trunk.  The fragrant tree may look in passing like a quickwood or leather bark tree, but this is due to the trees hallucinatory perfume, for even now the deadly nooses inch closer.  The nooses themselves remain collapsed until in a very close proximity, looking from a distance like sinewy vines.  Don't get too entranced by the ones overhead however for the ones on the ground reach out even farther and have a more direct root to the slotted trunk where the digestive chamber waits.
