A cook is standing around doing nothing much at all.

Fat and sassy, this cook is probably one of the laziest servants in the realm.  Her greasy hair matches the scum on the cookware she supposedly uses to cook the awful meals she serves.  If it wasn't for the Servants Union, she would have long ago been beheaded.
