Some dried remains of a skeleton are crawling across the floor.

A hand here, a foot there, a few pieces of jawbone in between, all that is left of a hacked up skeleton is slowly crawling across the room.  Although no longer in one piece, the remains of this undead creature are still animated by the force that first gave it unlife.
