the chieftain of the Kay Hanal

A very large lizard man is scowling around.

As large as an ogre but not quite as bulky, the chieftain of the Kay Hanal is a dark-minded, brooding sort of man who is very much a zeno and techno phobe.  He does not permit his people to rise above the primitive state that they live in, nor does he allow outsiders to live in the village as their ways can corrupt his people.  The chieftain, whose name is unpronounceable in any language but his own, is a strong, effective leader, but not exactly the brightest crayon in the box.
