Long and hungry, a giant worm lies curled up in this hole.

About forty feet long from tip to tip, this worm is round, fat and hungry for the flesh of anyone who gets too close.  Although no other facial features can be detected, the gaping hole and sharp ring of teeth makes the mouth rather obvious.
