Horkag

Horkag prepares another sacrifice to the unholy creatures of the UnderDark.

A twisted man, Horkag, with a face as dark as the deepest sea and pockmarked with tattoos and glyphs of ugly power.  Once a deva, or so the story goes, but now he has turned completely to the sacrifice of infants to the darkest of creatures in order to save his village, and keep his power.
