A small, heavily cloaked figure, an old woman you think, shuffles by.

Once at the right angle, you can see into the deep shadows of the hooded cloak.  The figure is a canopy elf unless you miss your guess.  She looks quite ancient yet still active, as she turns her head this way and that, taking everything in before shuffling on.
