A tiny, sprite-like humanoid darts through the water past you.

The nixie hardly slows long enough for a good look, but she seems sprite-sized, with webbed hands and flipper-like feet.  Nothing covers her blue-green skin but a loose garland of aquatic plants, flowing in spirals around her.
