an arrowhawk

An oddly slender hawk with four wings streaks low across the sky.

The arrowhawk gets its name from its long, narrow neck.  But its most curious trait is its four wings in the shape of an X, which allow it to fly upside down as easily as it flies right side up.  Arrowhawks levitate innately, and only need their wings for acceleration.  They have no standing legs and have never been known to touch the ground.  Even their eggs float.
