The barracks armorer is here, busily working.

A short and stocky man, perspiration is running down his bald head.  He has a thick black beard and moustache, and wears a large blue overcoat.  As he busily hammers a new suit of armor over the forge, he notices your presence, immediately making a gesture towards the door.
