the janitor

A janitor walks around, keeping the city streets clean.

This old man is paid by the King to make sure the city streets stay clean. This helps to attract more visitors to the city as well as to ward off rats and other vermin.  For some reason, though, the city still has a major problem with stray dogs.  The janitor carries a push broom and a small metal box on a handle to push garbage into.
