The repair man wanders around, looking for things to fix.

The repair man is an older man who has made his living in Heliopolis by fixing other people's weapons and armor.  He wanders about the city with his cart of tools, waiting for people to approach him.  To use his services, type 'fix' while in front of him.  Be warned, the services of a master repair man are never free.
