a scout ant

A rather large ant is moving about, scouting for food.

The ant is about three and a half feet long and stand about a foot high. It's antenea are constantly moving, as though it's "sniffing" the air.  It legs are covered with thick brown hairs.  It's large insectoid eyes seem to look forwad, but it's impossible to tell where it is looking.
